Shipping + Returns

We hope you love our products, but if for some reason you don’t, you may return any product purchased directly from Bōldernest on Amazon.com within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund. The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), and in new condition. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable depending upon your type of Amazon Account and whether or not you originally purchased a product eligible for free returns per Amazon’s Return Policy.  Along with the returned item(s), include any packing lists & invoices.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased directly from Bōldernest via Amazon.com. If you purchased a Bōldernest product from another seller (“unauthorized seller”) on Amazon or another site, please reference the return policy of the company/seller you purchased it from and please report this seller to support@boldernest.com.

Please send all returns back to Amazon by logging into your account and clicking ORDERS and then RETURN ITEMS.
